Shipping Policy

+ All California Residents are required to pay 9.50% of sales tax.
+ We do not ship any orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO BOX, APO, FPO address.
+ All buyers must provide their physical address at checkout.
+ Once an order is properly received at Cipher it will take 1-2 business days to be processed.
+ Please contact us for a shipping quotes for International orders.
+ Flat rate shipping and handling cost for US Residents in the 48 continental states is included on the listing price.
+ Cipher is not responsible for missing packages that were not sent signature required.
+ Flat shipping and handling rates for Canadian buyers is $150.00 for Seats order & $50.00 for Custom Brackets order (Customs fees, brokerage fees, and duty tax are not included)
+ Shipping method: All orders will ship via Fedex Ground shipment or Home Delivery (ETA 3-5 business days)

Local Pick Up

Please contact us first to setup an appointment as well as to check stock. We do not allow local pickup without a prior appointment. Depending on what item you are interested in, it may take up to 72 hours before you can pick up your item. Most items will be available the same or next day.

Returns/Exchanges due to defect and/or damage during shipment

+ We highly recommend that all buyers inspect all items upon receipt. Please contact us within 72 hours with clear photographic proof of defect, damage and wrong item sent in order to obtain a return authorization number.
+ Your product can be shipped to you from your dealer, or directly from CIPHER. We examine and double-pack every item before shipping. However, due to the sizes of most items, handling can be awkward, and sometimes trucking staff do not handle them carefully. We must count on the consignee to examine the product condition upon receipt. If you notated all damages on the delivery receipt (which you should), then you can file a claim with the freight company. You can also contact your dealer to obtain supporting documents from us, if required by the trucking company.
+ There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, assembled or installed and there is no return on ALL CUSTOM BRACKETS that is already made. (Exchange only for fitment issues).
+ We will issue the buyer a return authorization number and return shipping label within 72 hours of receiving clear photographic proof of item defect, damage & wrong item sent.
+ If an item is returned without a valid, company issued return authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package, the return will be rejected and all return shipping costs become the responsibility of the buyer.
+ Please allow up to 72 hours from the time we receive a returned item to inspect it for defect or damage, after which point we will issue the buyer a refund or exchange the product.
+ All exchanges sent will be the same model as originally purchased. If the buyer wishes to upgrade, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the difference and pay all the shipping cost.
+ Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
+ We will not cover the shipping cost for any exchange or return request in regards of improper installation, item already assembled, installed & used.
+ Buyers who wish to return or exchange a damaged or defective item after 72 hours of receiving the shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which the buyer must pay the difference before obtaining a return authorization number.
+ All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped.

All other returns/exchanges

+ Buyers who wish to return or exchange a non-damaged/non-defective item are not eligible for shipping and handling refunds. Such returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
