Q: Are Cipher Auto seats sold as pairs or singles?

A: All of our reclining seats are sold in pairs except the fixed back seats can be ordered one at a time

A: All orders are free shipping to only 48 States US Continental (Not for Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico)

A: Each seat's weight approx 28lbs.

A: It will take up to 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Will I need to order seat brackets at the same time as ordering the racing seats?

A: Seat brackets are required in most cases, due to high variety in floor pans of each models of the vehicle.

Q: Are the mounting brackets universal fitment?

A: No, they all custom made in USA, They're specifically made for your vehicle and also for the specific seats that you have.

Q: Are the mounting brackets can be adapt to any other aftermarket seats beside Cipher's seats?

A: Yes, all we need is the exact measurements from the bottom mounting of the seats that you currently have, please measure it from side to side & front to back, from center hole to the other center hole.

Q: How long is the production time for custom brackets order?

A: It requires 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Q: What do I need to provide in order to get the correct mounting brackets?

A: We need full information regarding your vehicle (Make, Model & Year) and the bottom mounting point from your current seats that you will use with our brackets.
